Comment se calcule la taxe foncière
Taxe = valeur locative cadastrale × 50 % × taux global. La valeur locative figure sur l'avis de taxe foncière ; elle est revalorisée chaque année par la loi. Le taux global additionne les parts votées par la commune (qui inclut l'ancienne part du département depuis 2021), l'intercommunalité, les syndicats et les taxes spéciales. La taxe d'enlèvement des ordures ménagères (TEOM) s'ajoute, avec son propre taux.
