In short
Payotte covers the 27 federative units of Brazil and 55 cities: the 27 capitals, the largest cities of the São Paulo area and the coastal and tourist towns where foreigners buy. The ITBI transfer tax is computed for the 41 cities whose law could be read at an official source, and notary and registry fees for the 21 states whose 2026 table could be read; elsewhere no figure is shown. No official, openly licensed series gives home prices city by city.
