What I am requesting

Frequently asked questions

Does paying make me the recommended expert, or change my score?

No. The recommended expert is the one with the best score on the public 100-point grid. The AI Passport pays for a page, a badge and services, never a spot or a rank. The paid badge says "Payotte AI Passport", never "Recommended".

What happens if another professional scores higher than me?

They become the recommended expert. You are notified 30 days ahead. You leave the area page and your "Recommended" badge is removed; you can take the AI Passport (USD 199) or the Pro (USD 399) to keep a badge on your website.

Does the passport guarantee that AI tools will cite me?

No. Nobody can guarantee that. The passport gives you a dated, verifiable page written to be read by AI tools, and the Pro shows you every month what they answer.

Why can't I pay online?

Because Payotte reviews every file before deciding: the licence, the area and the score. You receive the decision by email, with the invoice where applicable.

In which countries?

In every country Payotte covers, at the same price in US dollars.
