In short

Payotte covers the 32 federal entities and 60 municipalities: the coast and colonial towns foreign buyers name first and the state capitals. In Mexico the property acquisition tax is set by each municipality or state; Payotte computes it for 54 municipalities from their 2026 laws read at the source, and names the others it could not read. Prices in pesos are published by state only (SHF appraisal values); 36 municipalities have their own SHF price index.
