The calculators and fee tables of the France section send nothing: nothing you read or choose on these pages is transmitted to us. Listings link to third-party sites (firms, offices, registries) whose practices are outside this policy.
Cookies and trackers
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Audience measurement works without cookies or identifiers stored on your device, which is why no consent banner is shown.
Recipients and processors
GoDaddy (website hosting), Cloudflare (audience measurement, server and storage for visit counting), Resend (delivers contact-form messages) and Google (the Gmail inbox that receives them). No data is sold, rented or transferred.
Transfers outside the European Union
Payotte is operated from Canada, which benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision (Decision 2002/2/EC). GoDaddy and Cloudflare process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to gregory@payotte.com or by post to the address above. We reply within one month at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France; cnil.fr).
