« Je conseille toujours aux propriétaires d'anticiper la réalisation des diagnostics immobiliers avant une vente ou une location, afin d'éviter les mauvaises surprises et les retards. Je leur recommande également de conserver les documents techniques et les justificatifs des travaux réalisés, notamment pour le DPE. Mon rôle ne se limite pas à établir des rapports : je prends également le temps d'expliquer les résultats des diagnostics afin que mes clients comprennent les caractéristiques et les éventuelles anomalies de leur bien. »
