2A study, then a tool: what does an AI read on your website?

On August 18, Payotte published its study of how readable 446 real estate firms are to AI: the median score is 49 out of 100. On August 21, the tool behind the study went public. 3334 profession × city pages, and a profile that is easier to complete

On August 17, all 334 pages such as "broker in Laval" or "inspector in Calgary" were opened to Google, each with its FAQ. The same day, "Correct my profile" became a real form on all 740 profiles, and every profile reached 100 out of 100 on the AI-readability grid. On August 13, the list of "Recommended" professionals became a real page, with their scores and contact details.
