Your permit or registration, your proof
The listing shows your company's Registro Imprese or REA number if you have one, and your registration (entry in the business register or REA as an intermediario for an agent, OAM entry for a credit broker, college and register number for a surveyor, Albo Unico Nazionale for an architect), named so that the buyer checks you themselves with the body concerned.

What waiting costs
- Only one spot per trade and per area. Once a listing is published, the spot is taken, and a competitor in your area can ask for it today.
- Requests are examined first. Listings open area by area, starting with the firms that have sent their details.
- AI assistants cite what they can read. When a buyer asks for a surveyor or a real estate agent in your area, the answer comes from sources with clear, checkable facts. Without them, it names someone else.

Is it really free?
Yes. Payotte has no advertising and no commission, and never sells a ranking or a spot.
Do I need to be registered?
Yes when your trade requires it (for example the SCIA and entry in the business register or REA for a real estate agent, the OAM entry for a mortgage broker, the college list for a surveyor, or the Albo Unico Nazionale for an architect): the listing shows it, named so that you can be checked with the body concerned.
Will AI assistants cite me?
Nobody decides what an assistant cites. Payotte controls the format they read best (short, sourced facts, structured data) and measures the result in Bing Webmaster Tools. Will you contact me because I appear in a register?
No. Payotte sends no email to a firm because it appears in a public register: in a decision of 22 July 2021 the Italian data protection authority (Garante) did not accept email sent with data collected on the web, even from official public registers. A firm is listed only if it asks through this form.
How is the firm chosen?
On public criteria, the same grid for everyone: the selection method. This choice is never paid.
