No RERA authority is named for Uttarakhand in the data behind this page, so a project check cannot be pointed to one here.

Dehradun against the rest of India

Neither the NHB press release nor the list of the RBI's 18 cities carries Dehradun, so Payotte has no price movement to report for it, and gives none rather than borrowing another city's.

Uttarakhand charges stamp duty of 5% of the circle rate. On a ₹50 lakh home that is ₹2,50,000, joint 4th of the seven whose rates Payotte reads, level with Chandigarh, Maharashtra and Odisha. A woman buyer pays 3.75% up to ₹25 lakh.

Dehradun lies at 30.3°N, 78.0°E. The nearest of the other 43 cities is Chandigarh, 130 km to the west, then Meerut (155 km, south) and Ghaziabad (195 km, south), as the crow flies. The farthest is Thiruvananthapuram, 2,430 km away. The closest city with a RESIDEX figure is Faridabad, 225 km away, at +24.4%: a neighbour's number, not Dehradun's own.
